Good morning earth, time to wake up. It’s a beautiful morning, full of wonder and adventure. How do you start your morning? It’s cool if you really don’t know how. It’s better if you have a morning routine. Don’t forget to brush your teeth, though.

Waking up is hard for most people. I know getting out of bed can be difficult. I suggest setting an alarm. It’s a good idea to set your at least two hours before you have to get up. The snooze button is priceless. It is like saying “five more minutes” when really the snooze button on an alarm clock gives you about 8-15 more minutes of sleep. Getting out of bed can be a struggle, so make sure you get plenty of rest the night before. Going to bed 6-8 hours and giving yourself an hour to shake off the sleep. When you start your day, you want to be well rested.

Some people say sh*t, shower, shave as there morning hygiene routine. I kinda agree, you really don’t want to use the potty after taking a shower. If you do, you’re gonna feel a little dirty afterward. No one wants to walk around with a dookie bum. If you have a problem using the bathroom first thing in the morning, try having a cup of coffee. Poop juice, as call it in our household, really gets the bowels moving. Showering is important, being funky isn’t cool. You want to put your best foot foreword. So cleaning your body is important. There is a new trend called an “everything shower”. You really don’t want to try and incorporate an everything shower into your morning routine. It’s costly and frivolous, water is a precious commodity. We really don’t want to waste it. A shower should take anywhere from 10-20 minutes. Although there are military showers that takes only 5 minutes. Now that you’re out of the shower, it’s time shave. Shaving after shower, your face is clean, and your pours are open. When you shave after a shower, you will get a closer, cleaner shave.

It’s time to get dressed and have breakfast. The clothes make the man. Depending on what you’re doing and where you’re going should influence style of dress. If you’re going to church, you may not want to wear jeans and a hoodie. If you’re just going to run some errands, you might want to wear your sneakers.Try to pick out what you’re going to wear the night before. Take a few moments to decide how you’re going to present yourself to the world. Before you face the streets, have something in your belly. If you are going to stationary, you might want to eat heavier, pancakes, eggs and bacon, maybe. If you’re going to moving and shakeing, you might just want to have some grapefruit. It all depends on what you’re doing for the day.

I hope i got your brain going. It’s happens every day, you can’t escape the morning time. You just have to face the start to a new day. It’s not that bad, and think some mornings you can just sleep in. No where to go, nothing to do. You can’t do it every morning. So seize the day, get up and at them.
