It’s common placed to feel sore after exercising. Sometimes it can hurt like Hell. You find some time to get a good workout in and when you’re done your body is in a ton of pain.
How it was explained to me is that when you exercise you’re ripping your muscles. Then strain of literally tears your the muscles. From those damaged muscles, new, stronger muscles form. Giving you that body you dreamed of.

But as the new muscle forms the pain for your ripped muscles starts to occur. A lot of people avoid exercising because they dread the pain of tore muscles. The pain can be real and there is a chance that you can seriously hurt yourself.

A good idea is to drink chamomile tea after a workout. Chamomile is a natural anti-inflammatory. I am not sure what is about Chamomile that give it such a wonderful healing aspect. I know after a good workout or a busy day I enjoy a nice cup of chamomile tea to relax.
If you want to hack the system you can take aspirin. After some my most vigorous exercises routine I would pop a pain killer. It usually knocks the pain right out in a few minutes. After or before your workout, especially if you’re doing some hardcore routines. Take a aspirin for a painless exercise.

A shower and a good night sleep is the best way to deal with pain of an intense workout. A nice long hot shower will give your muscles a deep message. Letting the hot shower water run over your achy body will give you a rich and soothing treatment.
Afterwards, hop in the bed and get a good nights sleep. You might wake up still with a little ache, but you feel a lot better than the day before.

Exercising is great for so much. Exercising is recommended for both physical and mental health. It can be painful but as the saying goes “no pain, no gain.” Just dont over do it and consult your doctor before start a new exercise regimen. Your doctor can tell you best, well because doctor’s knows best.

Happy exercising and don’t forget leg day
