Someone that you are recently acquainted with giving you bad vibes. Like, they say little things that make you question their fidelity. Like, who are you working for? Is the question you want to ask them.

A red flag is considered to be some sort of wrong. Whether it’s wrong speech, wrong action, wrong behavior, or a wrong mindset. Whatever it is when a person starts giving off red flags you should be concerned.

If they say something like “I always loss thing or they get stolen.” They maybe a sneak thief or maybe they are just very forgetful. Either way, it’s a red flag on thief and forgetfulness.

If they start giving you reasons to flag things about them; eventually you are going to realize that you shouldn’t hang out with this person. They maybe just the wrong type of person.

When they do or say something that catches your attention is a negative way that’s a red flag. The red flags are cue that maybe you want to stay away from that person. For instance, they have conflicting values and habits. Like if you smoke and they don’t.

Whatever the red flag is you should take note and socialize with them accordingly. You don’t want to bring someone in on something when they have too many flags saying that they’re the wrong person for the job.

Listen to what a person is saying in your company. They are revealing themselves to you. Letting you know who they are and what they are about. People’s words give you insight into who you are acquainted with.

How a person behaves is so very important. You can lie with your word but your actions will speak the truth about you. The way your acquaintances act is how they really are.

Watch out for red flags when dealing inside your company. Assessing your acquaintances by how many red flags they have accumulated will prove valuable. Know who a person is by the wrong they are doing or have done.

If a person doesn’t fit your standards you should leave them alone. Distancing yourself from them. Some people you aren’t made to hang with. Find your people, you know the people that dont raise any red flags.
