Shhh… Don’t Make It Hot ðŸ”¥

You find out some exclusive merchandise and the first thing you do is yell it out to the rooftop then you hotboxing. Plain and simple you making it hot. Thanks to you that merchandise was gone before I got a chance to get one; thanx.

When you let people know something you’re spreading the word. When something becomes popular then it starts getting commercial. When something lo-key you kinda want it to stay around for around. Not like blow up and become a household name.

People kinda what to keep things a hood secret. Some that only the in-crowd knows about. The cool trinkets that everyone in your hood got. It could be something from eBay, or something you find on the street. Either way you and your want to control the growth of novelties.

Yeah, seeing your favorite childhood anime or Manga in the spotlight is awesome. Seeing your favorite artist getting the recognition they deserve is an inspirational sight. But you don’t want to see some dweb jocking them. Like you wasn’t wit it then why you wit it now?

For example, there was a famous rapper who passed away. People loved that man while he was underground, he died just as he became famous. Like, his true friends defended his name with fire and brimstone after his death.

I had a friend ready to fight someone who just decide to jock their favorite rapper after his death. He listened to that rapper way before his death and heard stories of his exploits.

Keeping certain things cool and keeping them organic is a smooth transition into greatness. Relax, calm down, we know it’s awesome but shhh… don’t make it hot. It’s meant for us; not them.
