
Sometimes when I wake up I am hungry az Hell. Like I want to eat something first thing when I wake up. Like, I need to eat something.
Other days I am all like, busy and stuff. I simply forget to eat breakfast. I have things to do and especially if I wake up and I am not hungry. Breakfast can wait till lunch.

Breakfast is said to be one of the most important meals of the day. Breakfast gives your body the fuel to function. Waking and having breakfast is a healthy way to start your day.
I remember it was explained that breakfast is considered breaking one fast. The word fast has multiple meanings. One meaning is to move quickly. Another meaning for the word fast is to go without eating.

So breakfast means a break from fasting. In other words, to break your fast is to eat something. That’s why breakfast is called breakfast. You’re stopping you fast by eating something.
Breakfast is usually loaded with sugar. Sugar is great, it gives you that boost to really tackle the day. I remember the days I hustled hardest my breakfast was fully loaded with sugar.

You can have breakfast then you can have breakfast. I still remember my wife making Sunday morning breakfast. Damn, if your loved or have the money for a banging breakfast by all means celebrate with a continental breakfast. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, hashbrowns, and a fruit melody.
Whether it is something light like a sweet bun and coffee or a morning feast you can find time for breakfast. Stopping by McDonald’s if all else fails and you want to treat yourself. Eating breakfast is going to help you keep your edge.
