Physical health is very important to me. Working out is essential to having a healthy body and mind. Push-ups are a great exercise to do to stay in shape.
Push-ups aren’t hard to do necessarily. The trick is repetition. Doing pushups every day will get your upper body looking nice.

Push-ups are difficult if you’re not used to doing them. When I first started my journey on physical fitness, I could only do like 5 or 10 at a time. Now, year later, I can do about 25-30 Push-ups straight.
I started simply, and as my exercise routine got deeper, so did my push-up game. I found myself doing other exercises but always went back to doing Push-ups. Push-ups are the foundation of my overall workout regimen.

Push-ups are the alpha and omega of Western exercise. Push-ups are versatile and can be done just about anywhere. No matter where you are, if there is a floor or even ground, you can do a push-up.
Even if there is no place to drop and do some push-ups, you can still do some push-ups. You can literally do wall push-ups. Where you stand against a wall and push yourself away from the wall.

Push-ups are a great workout because of the natural resistance they offer. You use your body weight as a means of resistance. Other than squats, I don’t know another exercise that uses your own body as a point of resistance.
Push-ups are the best exercise and most efficient exercise to work your upper body. Doing a minimal amount of push-ups each day will get you ripped. Consistency is the name of the game when it comes to push-ups. A ten set and you look like a Greek god.
