In business, there is an exchange. Money is exchanged for goods and/or services. In these business deals, there is an heir of unfairness attached. People don’t always get paid what they are worth.
Fairtrade is a new concept. Before the term fairtrade, people were taken advantage of. People were paid little to nothing compared to the work they did. People with power and clout would give people however much they wanted to give them.

It wasn’t just in big business, everyday people often get jerked out of their money. Offering low quality items for an inflated price is way to common. Most trades are unfair, where one person makes out with more then the other.
Fair trade is a good business practice because everybody gets their fair share. No one should feel ripped off in a scam game. If the deals are fair, then both parties should be satisfied. This ideology helps display good business reputations and builds better business relations.

If everyone gets paid what they are worth, then nobody should complain. If you work or barter goods and/or services you share, be compensated for time time and labor. That isn’t always the case. Often, people work without fair pay.
Practicing fair trade starts at the negotiation table. When two parties sit down to make an agreement. Their discussion on what is expected of both parties involved should be fair. Both entities should feel satisfied by the terms of their agreement.

When both parties agree on how much should be paid versus how work must be done, this is the brink of fair trade. When we work together for a common goal, one person shouldn’t take advantage of another. Everyone involved should be paid and do their fair share of work. Team work makes the dream work.
Fair trade is a fairly new concept, but I love it. I am tired of see hard working individuals exploited for someone else’s benefit. People should be paid what they are worth; no exceptions. Fair trade eliminations shady business deals and unjust business practices.
