
I am a smoker, and possibly will always always be a smoker. I have been smoking since I was 18 and had my first cigarette at 14. I never got addicted to any hard drugs even though I tried them all.
I tried different kinds of drugs in my life. The main reason why I feel I never got addicted to any was because of my tobacco use. I will always choose a smoke over any drug.

Tobacco use is deadly, cigarettes can make you really sick. But, it’s a better choice than hard drugs if you need to take the edge off. Having a smoke reduces the temptation to use serious drugs.
When you want to get high a rush of dopamine courses threw your brain. That craving can send some people basurk. The cravings to get high can literally drive you crazy.

Smoking a cigarette can cut down on those cravings. Having a cigarette as a replacement for a drug can keep you from getting high. When you have a cigarette it releases that same dopamine that you causes cravings.
After a while you replace that trigger urging you to use drugs with a desire for a cigarette. When your brain associate the cue to get high with a desire to smoke a cigarette you slowly free yourself from drug use.

You can reaffirm your desire for tobacco use with positive reasons why tobacco use is above drug use. There are mad reasons why tobacco use is better than drug use. From health to your wallet smoking a cigarette is a better choice than narcotics.
A cigarette over drug use is like switching seats on a sinking boat. Picking tobacco over drug use will put you closer to a life rife if your ship is sinking. If you’re steadily engaging in drug use you can consider your ship sunk.

Drugs are all good and dandy. You just don’t want to be a drug addict. The thing is, all the functional drug addicts I knew smoked cigarettes. I am just trying teach you what the streets already know.
Staying drug-free in this chemically addicted world is difficult. Staying sober is unrealistic for the majority of the world’s population. But, smoking cigarettes doesn’t count against your time clean from narcotics. Tobacco is a safer choice than drugs.
