I have been running around all week, from shopping, going shopping and then I had to go for more shopping. All of that shopping I need to take a nap.

Not just shopping can get you pooped out. But just about any strenuous activity can make you tired enough to need a nap. Naps are good, when you need to rest, you need to rest.

Taking a nap can be refreshing and rejuvenating. Sleeping good and your body knows when you need to get it a rest. You will just have to find a place and time for a good ol nappy poo.
In corporating naps into your itinerary is good idea. Making a plan to get some rest and relax for a few hours. This is how I have such blissful days and exciting nights. I make sure to take good care of my body.

Getting sleep is a big part of self-care. Taking a nap is a way of being easy on yourself. Sleep is important, no matter what time of day it is. Getting rest will heal some of the damage you might not have noticed.

Taking an hour, maybe a two hour nap will increase your performance in every aspect of your life. Getting rest is important for performing at your best. If you wake up and spend all your energy early in the day, then you have nothing left for the mid day.
