Ben was a kind old man. He had been living alone since his wife died.

He loved his little old Anna May. She was his everything when she was alive. Often, when Ben thought about his fortune, he thought about Anna May.

After her passing, Ben lost a bit of himself. As the days went by Ben gradually started losing more and more of himself. He started to forget himself most when he was lost in his memories of his sweet, dear Anna May.

Ben’s kids would visit him but he couldn’t remember who they were. Slowly after some time, Ben didn’t realize that he was ever a father. Soon, even Ben’s grandkids were strangers that swore they knew him.

Ben was still the same jolly man that his family remembered, but sadly, he didn’t remember them. They would cry because they didn’t know how to handle poor old Benjamin. Nevertheless, Ben’s children still loved their old man dearly.

In Ben’s mind, it was still the holiday season of the 1990s. It was a memorable time because Ben was going to see the Wu-Tang Clan perform at Webster Hall.

Unfortunately, this concert happened some thirty years ago. Determined to see the Wu Tang Clan, Ben headed out to Manhattan to see one of their most legendary concerts.

Ben walked out of his condo to see the Wu one last time. He dreamed of seeing the RZA in person.

Hey, maybe he might even go backstage to hang with his old friends from the Wu-Tang Clan. Ben bustled though the streets hoping to see the Wu concert in time.

Benjamin wondered throughout the city streets aimlessly to find the Wu. He figured if he could take the subway, he would make it in time to see the concert. A concert that he was already 30 years too late to go see.

Ben was shocked. He noticed that there was something different; the subway didn’t look how he vaguely remembered it being.

All night long, Benjamin was on a mission, looking for the Wu. Sadly, Ben struggled to remember where Webster Hall was.

He started asking people if they knew where the Wu Tang Clan was performing. To his dismay, no one knew where or what Ben was taking about.

That’s when an ambulance with flashing lights and some police officers approached Benjamin. They reassured Ben that everything was alright and that they were going to take him to see the Wu.

He willingly walked into the ambulance. Ben kept asking the emergency responders when they were going to take him to see the Wu-Tang Clan concert.

Ben was told to take a pill. If he did as he was told, in the morning, the Wu Tang Clan would be there. When Ben awoke he was in a senior home for Original Gangsters.

Ben looked around. He was shocked he wasn’t at home. He started crying for his wife, his dear, sweet Anna May.

A nurse overheard Ben crying and asked if was alright. He repeatedly tried to explain that the year was 1991.

Ben told the nurse how he needed to leave and that he was a sanitation worker. He was supposed to hang out with Wu-Tang Clan that night after work. It was critical that he go and see the Wu.

The nurse gave a smirk and explained that the Wu Tang Clan sent her to help Ben out with his day. She had to help him attend to daily chores.

She comforted Ben, she explained that they considered him to be their biggest fan. And, she let Ben know how much the Wu-Tang Clan was concerned about his health.

The nurse also told Ben that there was a gift for him from the Wu-Tang Clan. It was a cellphone with their discography.

Ben could sit with the cellphone and listen to the Wu-Tang Clan as much as he wanted. His eyes lit up like never before. Ben knew that his brothers from the Wu would never forget him.

As Ben sat and listened to the Wu, vivid memories came flooding back to him. He remembered when he first met Anna May. He remembered the songs he loved playing while watching his kids. The Wu-Tang Clan helped Ben remember who he was.

The doctors said Ben made a remarkable recovery from dementia. He could return to his condo in time for the holidays.

When it was time for Ben to return to his pad, the nurse said a few words that resonated with his soul. Those words were, “Wu Tang Clan Forever…”

“Wu-Tang Clan ain’t nothing to fuck wit”
