I wake every morning and engage in my morning routine. A big part of my daily morning routine is my daily morning exercise routine. After I have my cup of coffee or while sipping my cafe I am exercising.

Deemed my 007 exercise routine by one of my old chaps. My morning exercise routine consists of multiple fluid body motions. Inspired by the Buddhist Falun Gong Dafa with a mix of American calisthenics I have an exercise routine that is fit for day or night.

I don’t limit myself by doing a set number of exercises. I don’t count the number of different exercises I do per workout routine. I just let happen as it’s going to happen, but I do know the exercises that I engage in. Here is a list of exercises I do to stay healthy

Wing Flaps

Wing flaps are a cool way to start an exercise routine. Extend your arms apart much like your giving a hug, but straighter. Then bring your hands together and pull them apart, much like your are flapping your arms like wings.

Standing Sit-ups

With your cross against your chest you take a bow. Much like you would when greeting an opponent or accepting an award. Stand in one place and bow like your sitting up except your standing.

Signaling

With your arms at your sides, you hoist both arms in the air until they touch. Imagine you’re on an isolated island and you see a rescue plane. This signaling exercise does much like you are trying to signal a rescue plane for help. This exercise is one of the body movements adapted from falun dafa.

Hailing

With both arms resting at your side you raise one arm like you’re hailing a cab, then you lower your arm and then raise your other arm. Raising one arm and then dropping it back to your side, alternating your arm. Raising one arm and dropping it then raising the other arm and then dropping it at your side. This exercise was also adapted from Falun Dafa.

Squats

This exercise is crucial for targeting that stubborn belly fat. Cross your arms at your chest or enter the praying position with your hand. Then bend your leg until you’re at a crouching position then arise to a standing position. I started incorporating this into my 007 exercise routine with the suggestion of a good friend.

All American Push-ups

Nothing says America like good old fashion Push-Ups. Get down on the floor and the your bent arms at your sides you push your up off the ground just to lower yourself back down again. Repeat this action until you can’t push yourself up anymore.

Enjoy the exercise routine you set for yourself. Everyday know that you are working toward a better, healthier, fitter you. Take some time for your health, for your health is your wealth. Live a life of confidence and courage, you are strong enough to take on life’s challenges.
