dude, like my birthday is in a couple of days and all I have is my family and a few friends to help me celebrate. Crap, I love my family ad friends but gosh won’t you awesome readers help me celebrate? My birthday only happens once a year but gosh darn help me make it special.

I’am surprised I made it this far like I was supposed to be dead a long time ago. In New York kids in my generation were lucky to make 18, dead or in jail was the city motto in the 90’s. Most of my frienemies didn’t make it, gratefully. A lot of the grimy shit they did to me they tried on someone else. Let’s just say other people weren’t as nice as me.

I was supposed to be a drug addict by 25. I actually did a lot of drug programs. But it’s was for any serious drug, just for pot. I went to rehab, inpatient recovery facilities just for pot. I was surrounded by murders, crackheads, and junkies of all kinds and all I did was smoke pot.

I was supposed to be dead at 32, That’s is the age Jesus died so it’s only fair that the hood would try and have me offed. Being broke, middle-aged, newlywed, and a first-time father would surely kill any man. But I’m still standing, stronger than I’ve ever been. I came close but death didn’t reap my soul then, thankfully.

So now I am older, I really don’t want to reveal my age. Just know I am older enough not to worry about the streets killing me, I have to worry about my health. Getting old is getting old, seriously. But I have a love for living and a lust for life. I don’t wanna die, I just want to smoke my pot and celebrate my B-Day.
