When it’s hot and I don’t mean outside, how do conduct yourself? Can you keep your calm and maintain or do you go ape shit and lose everything? Being able to keep your cool in high risk is critical in any kind of risky situation. From the bedroom to the bank, not keeping your cool is a bad thing.
Imagine there was a bank robbery. Cold, calculated, criminals have taking over a bank. Guys dressed in all black with big guns waiting for someone to make a move. If your that one guy, that overreacts and turns everything into a big to-do, your done for.

If you piss off any criminal during a hostage situation they will slaughter you and anybody else who decides the want to cause a scene. Those robber will execute anybody who gets in the way of there operation. Why? because they are packing heat and know how to handle it.

Holding the heat applies to almost any risky situation. Let’s say you got a smoke hot thotie. She is hotter than hell and you have a chance with her. You can be that guy who jumps around and acts the fool so much that your behavior scares her away. Then again you could be that calm, cool, collective dude that knows how to handle a hot thotie.
No matter what your situation is you need to able to handle the heat. You have to be focused and have a cool head when things get mixie. You can’t just be ready to go off he deep, throwing caution to the wind. Not maintaining your calm can get somebody hurt or even killed.

Breathing is a big of staying relaxed during a dangerous situation. If you can control your breathing and don’t let your breathing control you, you’l have control over any situation. Maintaining a even, consistent breathing rate will keep you level headed when having to hold the heat.
The important this is not to freak out and to stay relaxed in a high-risk event. It shows a level of maturity by being able to refrain from exclaiming “OH My God” every 30 seconds during a dangerously unfortunate event. If you can cancel your emotion and remain focused you’ll be better off.

Be careful about what you do and where you do your dirt. You can put yourself in a lot of trouble. Relax and staying calm is the name of the game.
I remember one time me and my relatives were driving through the streets of Williamsburg. Well, my cousin hit somebody with his car, a kid actually.
While they were freaking out about who was going to accept the blame for the accident, my cousin wanted my brother to take the rap for the accident. I calmly take the beer bottle out of the car and walk them down the block.

When the time we drove off and got away, they didn’t have any evidence that we were drinking so what could they do to us? We peeled off and with a clear head that even if we were stopped the police wouldn’t have anything on us.
It’s about not freaking out and drawing more attention to yourself. Holding the heat means staying level-headed in any situation. And being that badass cool dude I know you can be.
