There are two times in people’s lives. You’re either up or you’re down. The ups in people’s lives are good but can be hazardous, the downs can be bad but they are also a good time for self-reflection.
Let’s look at the different aspects of the ups and downs, their pros and cons if you will.
The Weigh In
Ups

Things are going well, you have money in your pocket and a pep in your step. Typically you may think things can’t get better. What could be bad about the time when you’re up?
Downs

Times seems bleek, aweful even. There could be no money coming in and times are tuff. Times are horrid and life sucks. What could be worse than the bad times?
Fight!!!
While, when times are good and seem to be up there is a hidden danger about the good times. People clock how much you have and where and when you spend your money. You don’t know how’s many people I knew who expired during the good times.

They got robbed, shot at, and murdered while riding their high horse. While when they were down they were humble, chill people but once they got their big payday they lost their minds.
They had some much so fast that they were super up. That fact the had some much money, time, and popularity that it did them in. Damn shame but it happens all the time.

Round 2, Fight!
Being down absolutely sucks. No money coming, no getting high, just you, yourself, and an empty fridge. When times are bad there is much you can do but plan and plot on way to make your life better.

You put yourself in places where you can get some sort of opportunity to be up. You work on yourself by learning a skill, starting a new venture, or just plain hustling for a chance to get up.
People that are down don’t want to stay down. They want to get up and out of a bad situation. Some people fall in love with the struggle and keep that hunger to motivate themselves to never be broke again.

Round 3! Fight!
Ups are good, it feels like thing sun will never set when you have bread in your pocket. The downs can motivate you to aspire to do better. That hunger drives you to get up as dangerous as being up can be.

Working hard and getting is nearly impossible. So people as hard as they try will never be high enough on the social scale to be considered middle class. They will always be considered impoverished.
Some people consider having luxury items such as expensive clothes, designer drugs, and money being up. Rich people understand having property, assets and a strong net worth truly be up. Most people are down and will stay down for the rest of their lives.

You be the judge
Who do you think won the fight of the ups and downs? The ups in life are awesome, but can you really consider them good times? The down bad can be awful, but can you fall in love with the struggle?
Good time feels great but there is beauty in the struggle. When you have everything would you ever think you would wish to go back to the bad times? It a fight, which side won, IDK, you tell me 😁.

Hope you enjoyed the fight.
