Have you ever wonder why these people with these awesome bods seem to eat what ever they want? Well, I will put you on to a little secret, you kinda don’t have to change your diet to get fit. Sound crazy right, but in this world you have to unlearn everything you’ve been taught.

Vigorous exercise is all you really need to get fit. Eating healthy is important and it may help you in your fitness journey. But from life experience you just need consistent exercise to get fit. Putting that time in counts more then then just torturing yourself with rabbit food.

Dieting can help you lose weight faster but you’ll put yourself through unnecessary discomfort by drastically changing your eating habit’s. I didn’t honestly, I ate more and lose weight and grew muscle mass. I took the approach of feeding my developing muscles.

After I losing 25 pounds and going from 240 lbs to 220 lbs i stopped losing weight. I seem to reach a weight loss plateau. One thing I noticed was the weight stopped going down but my muscle started getting bigger and more defined. I wasn’t getting skinny is was getting fit.

After a couple of more months my arms and chest was getting bigger and more defined. I still had a gut and i thought that was something i would never lose. I figure because of my age and being on medication I would permanently have a gut wit a spare tire.

Despite my assumptions I intrinsically focus on my the problem area. Doing exercises like toe touches, squats, and standing crunches. To my surprise one morning i felt the tummy fat melt away. It was like one morning i had a gut and the next morning i had a belly.

I didn’t change my diet, just focus, consistence, and a desire to get fit. I still have a long way to go to the body I want but with time and determination I am getting there. One exercise routine at a time.
