one of the thing i really enjoy is going out for a simple walk. sometime by myself sometimes with friends or family. i am glad i made it a daily habit to go out and get some air. it great for my relationship as well as my health.
i made it a habit to go out at least once a day. weather it’s to the store, park, to visit a friend or spend time with my family. and when i go i make it a point to walk. unless the distance is too and i have to take public transportation. i usually walk to where i am going. walking is great for my physical and mental health.
walking has a way of keeping me fit. i eat a lot, big portion size is my middle name. yes, i am over weight but i would worst off if i didn’t walk. sorry i am not going to tell you i walk after every meal. i walk for the sake of burning calories. if i notice that i am gaining a few extra pounds. i will try to increase the amount of time i spend walking. i find it helps me balance out my weight.
my wife appreciates the fact i care about my self enough to skip out on taking the bus. she glad that i care about my health and appearance. sometime like couples do, we get into arguments. when we do get into it i don’t sit and stew. i get up and go for a walk. she cant yell at me if i am not there. so i go out for my own sanity. after some time we both cool off and can work things out.
there are also a few apps that are will reward you for going out for a nice walk. they offer gift cards and direct deposit payment for your time and effort. living a healthy lifestyle pays in more ways then one. so please make good habits and go for a walk
