Why? when they tried to budget their money they made the budget so tight that they cant enjoy life or stop budgeting altogether. With an open budget you can have room to enjoy life and save.

Here is how an open budget work. When you get your pay check you pay your bills. You don’t have to write down a long laundry list of bills. You just keep in mind what you want and what you need. An open budget is all mental. You rely on yourself and your mental fortitude to save and spend.

When your going to day to day routine you keep in mind what you want. You either can justify getting what you want or your figure you can go without. You have to have your own mindfulness about what you want. Keeping in mind what is worth saving for and what can you have now. Keeping an open mental record of what you want.

Meditation is a game changer in open budget. When you meditate on your problems with your spending you can see where you went wrong and where you did good. Spending time meditating on your finances will help your mind focus and develop clear cut plan for your money.

I have tried a rigid budget. Where you money into envelopes and hope you or some one else doesn’t touch them. Writing a book of expenses and crying about it to your friend and family. With an open budget you don’t have to feel like such a tight wad. All you have to do is stay mindful.
