You don’t always have to go to the gym for a good exercise. You can get a good workout from home. If you’re not used to exercising, the place where you stay is a good start. There are a lot of good reasons to stay in shape. Exercising is free, and you can even get a good workout in bed.

Push-ups are one of the oldest and best exercises anyone one can do. Just get on the floor and push yourself up. It really helps your chest and arms, but it also helps your back and core. You don’t have to do 50 push-ups straight. You can start with a simple 5 set. It’s not a competition. Do what you can and feel comfortable with.

I was told that if you want to be a Ninja, there is one exercise that is key and that is running in place. Running in place works out your entire body. Helping with stamina and your respiratory system. Curl your arms and lift your legs and pretend you’re running without going anywhere. Running in place is a great way to burn fat and relieve stress.

Legs lifts and crunches, Great exercises that can be done in bed. Just lay down and lift your legs or while laying in bed connect your elbows to your knees. These two exercises are simple and efficient ways to target that stubborn belly fat. The great thing is if you don’t feel like getting out of bed to exercise, you don’t have to.

These are a few exercises that you can do anywhere and anytime. I was told by my wife that if you can’t sleep, then you have an opportunity to be productive. I usually engage in these exercises in the middle of the night. Your health matters. Take care of yourself by staying psychically active. Exercise now and future you will thank you.
