OK your a bad man smoking a pack a day. I’ve done it, party packs of smokes. Handing them out like adult candy. It was a good time’s loud music, talking shit, drinking smoking. Waking up with foggy lungs, when you wake up, you need a drink of water because your chest feels like an ashtray. Smoking to stop coughing and spitting out a small piece of lung. I feel better now, I haven’t quit, but at least i can say I slowed down.
Smoking is fun. it feels great. The sensation of smoking is a great feeling. It’s a euphoric feeling of smoking a cigarette in the morning. It’s relaxing, and I won’t take that away from anyone who smokes. But it’s not a treat if you have it all the time. Maybe every once in a while. You can have too much of a good thing. Just enjoy what you have and try and not have more cigarettes than you need. There really is no need to stock pile cigarettes.
Try to be mindful about the amount of cigarettes you have a day. i would suggest maybe trying to only have a half-pack a day. The less you have a day, a better. Only having 10 cigarettes a day is a good start to slowing day. Some days you might want to have more, some days you might want to smoke less.
Smoke hand rolled cigarettes are cool. It’s a good way to reduce how much you might smoke a day. They are not fashionable, so you may not want to smoke them in public. But that only reduces the amount you smoke. You can smoke like a gentleman and smoke to an occasion calls for it.
Just for your health and the bank. Remember, those cigarettes cost money. For me, it severely cut into my profit margin. Smoking is a costly habit. So slow down, easy up just a little. I am not saying quit. Just make an effort to reduce.
