When people ask my age their a little shocked. I am a middle-aged man, but i still look like i am in my twenties. It’s cool i rather look younger than older. Not only do i still look young, but I still feel young. Why? While there’s a few things i do that are proven to keep anyone feeling young and youthful.
I get plenty of sleep. Sleep is the main factor in keeping anyone young. Staying up late nights is cool, and yes, I do it from time to time. I make sure most nights I go to bed early, ensuring that i get my full eight hours of sleep. A good night’s rest is super important to how you look and feel.
I don’t watch a lot of television and limit my use of my mobile device. It’s proven that long exposure to any screen will give you really nasty bags underneath your eyes as well as crows-feet. With today’s heavy subject matter, media can really age you.
Eating healthy matter, It makes a big difference in how you look and feel. I personally take note of what I ate the day before and how it affects me presently. Eating a good amount of vegetables a day will help boost your vitality and have you looking and feeling like a whole snack.
Taking vitamins on a regular basis is very beneficial to anyone’s health.Taking nice multi-vitamin everyday is a great way to get the nutrients that you may miss in your diet. A simple pill before or after your go-to bed will help keep you looking young.
I feel great. Happy, healthy, and active, every day is wonderful. That last bit of advice is to try and relate to the youth of today. There is nothing like young blood to keep an old-timer feeling young. Do stuff that keeps you feeling young and remember to smile.
