I am grateful for all that I have in life. I am grateful for just being alive. I look forward to every day. I’m happy just to have the opportunity to see every day. I didn’t always feel this way. I had an older gentleman tell me i should have an attitude of gratitude. Be grateful for that i have experienced the good and the bad really changed my mindset on life. To have an attitude of gratitude and carrying the smile when some days are good even when the days are lousy.
An attitude of gratitude helps me keep a happy disposition. I am just grateful for life because life isn’t promised. So don’t take this gift of life for granted. I cherish it, protect it, and love the fact that I am alive. I can breathe, touch, sing, and dance. So many people I have know aren’t alive anymore. Their destiny has been achieved as for as it could go. Now they are gone, never again will they walk the earth. They have met death and have passed on. I am still here, and I am glad my life isn’t over. I can enjoy what others are no longer around to witness.

Life doesn’t come without problems. Unwanted experiences and just plain bad times. It’s maintaining that gratefulness of the thought that you have life. This gift deserves protecting, nurturing, and love. If things aren’t going so well, remember small acts o kindness that keep you going. A person can live off their memories. Focus on the good things that happened. The smiling face, the warm souls. These fond memories can light the darkness of misery. That same smile when you got a gift from a loved one or that heartfelt conversation. You can carry it with you everywhere. You don’t have to feel shame because you decide to cherish the good times. Keep smiling like a kid opening their presents on their special day. It your gift, the gift of live. Be grateful and own it.
Life is awesome. I love it. It’s yours, your life is your own. There is nothing wrong with being grateful for it. Holding is close and embracing it. It’s OK to smile and be grateful for being alive. Let your attitude be one of gratitude.
