Try not to overreact when you read this but nobody likes a drama queen. Well, maybe an audience. At the same time are you trying to put on a show for everyone to see? When something goes wrong you don’t have to stomp your feet and spin three times around in a circle. Really the dryer slow some let me put on a show, my gosh. Try taking a deep breath and handling the situation like an adult. If something displeases you should be in control of how you react. Like some things aren’t that serious.
I have been alive a fair amount of time and have seen something I wish I didn’t see. I saw people cause a scene like they were on some type of reality show. Then after it is all said and done with, look around to see who’s watching. Maybe they are attention-starved. They act like a camera on them and they trying to win an Emmy. People we have to do better. Like, don’t be the person from that meme. Try to keep your cool and not freak out for notoriety. People remember stuff other people did, how they acted, and why. You don’t really need a fight with your spouse to go viral. That sort of thing can follow you. After you have caused a display of foolishness, people are going to talk. They may see you again and they may have a sly remark to make. What can you do? cause another scene and make a big deal out of every comment a stranger makes. That’s asking for a free ticket to the crazy house. Instead of having outburst after outburst, you can try to chill and handle the situation with decorum and tack.

When you hear news and or something doesn’t go the way you want try to remain calm. It’s not a movie, you don’t have to start acting dramatically. Just remember to breathe and remain rational. The clapping your hands and stomping is really unnecessary. You aren’t putting fear in someone’s heart or making your point crystal clear by clapping your hands and putting on a show. If you have to step away and wait till you are somewhere safe to express your feelings. Avoid handling a problem in public if you can avoid it. Find some comfort items to help you calm down. You can try to act like an adult and have a shot of whiskey if you need. I have had to stop a person in mid-argument to have a smoke because the news was just that heavy. Chill and remain calm, you don’t want to say something you don’t mean. Take some time to be alone and assess the situation. A clear head makes for a good decision. Don’t fly off the deep end and do something you might regret.

Remember now days, everybody is watching. How you react to a problem will follow you. People love to talk about any and everything, don’t be the next topic of discussion. It’s no good when your that person who’s remember for causing a scene and being a drama queen. So don’t be that guy, try to be discreet not embarrass everybody with some animated show of anger. It’s really shouldn’t be that bad. So chill, because the whole world is watching.
