I would comb my hair regularly and when it became long enough I would wear braids. I had a lot of fun with my hair, teasing and treating nice. I also would take supplements to encourage hair growth. There was some breakage but nothing serious. For special occasions, I would try to have some sort of style with my hair. With all of the hair routines I would engage in with my hair, I saw a considerable amount of growth over the years. Now my hair is fairly long and I am glad.

When my spouse started growing her hair. She wouldn’t put many products and doesn’t really comb her hair regularly. For the most part she keeps her hair covered under a neat, well-wrapped cloth. She keeps her hair clean and well-managed. Sometimes when she’s the occasion calls for it she will wear her hair out in a cute pulled back fro. I have witnessed her sparingly put conditioning cream and some curling cream. For the everyday look though, it’s mainly covered. Still, her hair has grown longer than mine.

Hair is about the reason why you want to grow out your hair. I originally wanted to grow my hair so I could cosplay as the brave fencer Musashi. My wife grew out her hair because it’s more socially acceptable for a woman to have long hair. We all have different reasons for wanting to grow our hair. Grow your her because you want to and it makes you feel comfortable. It’s your hair, do what you want with it.
