Like most we all have our days when we don’t feel like doing anything. We kinda just want to stay in bed and watch some TV. We don’t feel like work, errands or family. You know one of those lounge around is what you want to do kinda of days, but you have obligations to tend to. So really you gonna have to get up and just do it.

Day when you don’t feel like doing stuff is the days your really should be getting up and get at it. When you don’t push yourself to go the extra mile and go to get things done then it won’t get done. Your family and friends will definitely be hurt, they might feel let down. People in your life depend on you, believe it or not, but you’re a valuable part of someone’s life. They look for you to be there and if you just simply avoid everyone and everything what kind of life will you have? Your first time missing a date, OK understandable. The second and third time it’s become expected that you can’t be counted on. If you always miss appointments or work then why even bother? You can just let one simple day of laziness become a habit.

So know what, just do it. Shower, get dressed and go hit the street. Whether you’re tired or just a little tired. Get to it, go forth, and start the day. People will notice your tired and they will admire the fact that you still fulfill your obligation to them. It is good to be remembered in a positive light. You gain points at work and a home. Friends and family will tell their friend “My guy shows up when they’re tired.” What a good reputation you will have. You may be tired but you gave that extra ten percent that makes you a 100%.

If you are absolutely exhausted then take a day off. If you are sick, stay home. I’m saying this to encourage, but not at the expense of your health. If you have to take a day off, I am sure people will understand. Use desecration when you want vs when you have to go out. I hope you feel some encouragement to get out of bed. Go make life happen.
