Health is a big concern now a days. Like, staying healthy is at least very important to me. I feel like I am on an endless journey to stay healthy. I exercise almost every day. Physical health is a big part of my daily routine. Eating, sleeping, and working out is a big part of my life. Why? Well, I have my reasons and I would like to share those reasons with you. It’s a good practice to share your healthy living style with the world to make the world a healthier, happier place. I came up with good reasons to stay healthy. It’s not that epic reason why you should try to stay healthy, but  reasons that might save your life. The important thing is to keep an open mind and ingest wisdom from other people and their health stories to reinforce your own health regimen.

Just doing stuff is a great reason to stay fit. Like if you are out of shape and basically unhealthy it’s harder to do the simple things in life. Walking up and down stairs, I remember visiting my wife at her Harlem residence and there was a very unhealthy woman that lived down the hall. She was severely overweight and had to walk with a cane. The elevator in her sixth-floor walk-up went out. I watched this woman struggle walking up and down the stairs. Out of breath, sweating, and suffering to walk up six flights of stairs. She would blame me for the elevator not working because I would use the elevator when I would go out for a smoke. Cursing my name in her moment of suffering. I on the other hand had no problem going up and down those six flights of stairs. After her complaints, I would take the stairs even after the elevator was put back in service. It was disabled because of a routine inspection. There are a fair amount of other things I can do with ease that unhealthy people suffer with. Running for buses, playing with my kid, and carrying packages and bags. I have little to no problem with physical tasks that I imagine for everybody is a part of everyday life.

The most dangerous weapon on earth is the human body. All other weapons are made from this worldly force. But, if the body is weak the weapon is useless. It’s like taking your old rusty six-shooter to a gunfight. Before you can let off a shot your hammer will jam up and you’ll become the target. Recently I was walking to the bus with my wife and some young punk threw a rock at me. An awful day for us because of a horrible social climate. This asshole child decides to throw the first stone early in the morning. But what he didn’t expect was for me to be a threat and not be a victim. My wife fussed at him, and then I yelled out “Run”, I chased the youth down two city blocks before I decided he had enough and he could just run to school that day. Violence is a reality in the world and have to stay healthy so you won’t be a victim. You have to have some level of good health and physical fitness if you want to walk confidently through the street. People will try you, and if you seem defenseless they will tread all over you.

Living a long and healthy life is a gift not given to most. If you can help yourself live longer then please do so. Living an unhealthy lifestyle can cause death. Sorry to be so morbid. Living a basically unhealthy life can and will kill you. Too many people who have passed in my life died because they were living a toxic life. They drank syrup, ate fat, and partied better than celebrities. That shit did them in, and now they are dead, dead is dead. So like yeah, your diet, sleep, and exercise routine will affect how long you live. If you don’t take care of your body your body won’t last long (facts). So please watch your health and stay alive.

Well those are my top three reasons to stay healthy. There is one more reason. I’m saying, You want to be good in bed? Like really good? Well the blood doesn’t flow if the artery is clogged (if you know what I mean?) Like you can expect to wow anybody if you have an unhealthy body. So, please take care of your health. Eat vegetables, get plenty of rest, and work out a bit. You have a better life, and you can smile that you are one of the healthy people. I hope you have great health and stay happy. (^_^.)
