There are about three main factors that contribute to a person’s health. These factors are determined by how much or how little you get on these three components. The three factors are sleeping, eating, and daily routine. These three factors of life have a strong influence on your health. Whether you get two hours of sleep or five contributes to your daily routine and your daily routine is fueled by your diet. These three overall factors play a part in your health. Balancing these three factors has an important impact on living a healthy life.

Getting enough sleep will set the tone of how your day goes. Staying up all night and having to work during the day can be done. But it all determines if you get enough sleep. If you take a nap when you get inside and another nap before you go to work you may be able to engage in your work activities without a problem. But you really have to prioritize dedicating at least 6-7 hours of sleep a day before work and a full 8 hours during your day off. Make sure you rest for a period of time each day. Eating healthy can be yummy and healthy at the same time. Junk food may taste good but you don’t want to only rely on junk food to get you through the day. Snack food shouldn’t be a meal replacement. Food is Yummy! You just have to be a little creative when you decide to cook. Cooking is fun! When you cook and you can just let go and let the food take control. You can just flow and have a moment of zen when it’s you battling food to turn it into a well-prepared meal. Eating has a big effect on your sleep. If you eat poorly then you might find it hard to get a deep sleep. Getting a hearty meal in your system can have you tired enough to fall into a deep sleep.

Your daily routine is your life. What you do during the day, How you spend your time during the day. If you work, smoke, or do anything thing else that has a big part to play in your overall health. What you are doing will set the path for how long you are going to live. If you live an unhealthy lifestyle that you might die sooner than later. If your a goodie two shoes that you might die sooner than later. It’s all about balancing the other three facts of life. Making sure you live a balanced life between daily routine, sleep, and diet will play a key fact in your overall health.

So, please take care of yourself. Each day sleep good, eat well, and live a happy, healthy life. Remember to smile, when you’re happy you make others happy.
