When you exercise you don’t have to bench press a hundred pounds. Although heavy weights offer that feel good resistance you don’t always need those heavy weights. If you can’t make it to the dumbbells you can always drop them and engage in some weightless exercises that help you stay fit. Light exercises are chill low-impact exercises that you can do for better health.

Doing some light exercises throughout the day can help with blood flow and circulation. Standing up and doing some simple stretches is a great way to have some light, low impact workout time. When you do low impact exercises you want to be limber and loose. Doing stretches before your exercise helps get you sort of prepared to do a few workout routines. It shouldn’t hurt to stretch and if it does then don’t continue exercising and consult with your doctor.

The trick to a light exercise routine is repetition. You want to do the same arm curls, wing flips and toe touches over and over again. You won’t feel as much burn as you would with the weights but there are a number of good reasons to engage in a light exercise workout.
If you engage in a light exercise you won’t feel as fatigued as if you did an intense hardcore power session. If you do some light exercises like wing flips for fifteen minutes. You will feel a hint of a burn not enough to break a sweat. You getting some exercise time in just not the heavy duty stuff. You also can do light exercises anywhere. At home, in the office, at a park, just about anywhere. Not only can you do light exercises anyplace but anytime. You don’t need a gym, you don’t need weights, it’s just you and your workout routine. Just do some weightless body movement in repetition. And you will be contributing to bettering your overall physical health.

I have been doing a light exercise routine for about a month now. I am seeing results but more than that I am feeling results. I feel great, energized, and healthy by doing some light exercise routines. I would recommend doing a light exercise routine on days when you can’t it to the gym.
