Most places you will go where you have to converse with other people and you will see they fall into three common categories assets, liabilities, and down right threats. Some people you meet will be an asset to you and your way of life. Most will be liabilities and then there is the rare occasion where you run into a threat. The three types of people can be easily identified and when you get to learn them and differentiate between the three the better you will be.

Assets are cool as Hell. They are there to support you and help you out along the way. You might have that one cool clerk who gets your order right every time. That makes the food just the way you want. Or that one friend who gives awesome conversations. They may not give the best advice but gosh darn can they make you laugh. These people are an asset to your life. They bring something to the table. They offer you something worth having.

Liabilities are a useful problem. They’re the ones who just make mistakes and fail under the learning curve. They do their work half-asked and have some issues. Liabilities are the last ones to get called for overtime and the first people called on the holidays. They are often lighthearted and carefree due to the fact they can’t fully be relied on. They are cool to goof off with but hard to promote. On a rare occasion, the liability can mature into an asset. A liability can one day show and prove that they can be an asset to your company.

Threats are no good. Who knows why they are around, but it’s most likely just to screw with you. Don’t get too comfortable at your home, school, or office because a threat might be sent in to screw with you and tempt you to lose what you have. Most threats are planted in your life by some governing force. They are placed in your life by the powers that be to throw you off your game and over time make you lose what you hold dear. Threats should be dealt with accordingly, violence may even have to be used to get your point across. If they are trying to run you out make them regret it.

These are the three types of people who will come into your life. They’re not all bad and if you focus on the worst case scenario you will lose sight of the good people who brought into your life. Remember we are all different and have our own unique qualities that we carry with us. We all have to live with one another so don’t give off a threatening aura just to be a shit. If you are, who’s paying you? you mother loving plant. Have a good day, peace!
