Everyone has a vice. Some bad habit that is unhealthy but we love the crap crackers out of it. It’s alright we all need some sort of guilty pleasure.
Don’t feel bad we all do something that we shouldn’t do.

Everyone does something that they have no business doing. Some people smoke, smoke weed, and drink, and others are busybodies, the point is whether it’s an addiction or bad behavior we all engage in some sort of vice.
Having something wrong makes us normal. I guess there are a handful of people without any kind of problematic habits. Even having no issues is an issue.

People may look at you like you have two heads if you say you’re a perfect man without temptation.
Having a vice ties into our mental wiring. We as humans are programmed from the evolution process to want to reward ourselves for all of our hard work.

We start craving a feel-goods during the work day. The harder we work the more we crave a reward.
Once we are triggered form external or internal stimuli our brain releases dopamine. That dopamine creates a craving for a high as a response to the trigger and desire for a reward. These cravings give us purpose in life and a desire for a reward.

Trying to deny ourselves these rewards only creates suffering. When you deny yourself your reward you only create stress from lack of dopamine. After a while depression and anxiety will set in. We will either lose our desire to live or break and return to our vice.

Everyone has their own vice. Some aren’t so bad and don’t hurt nobody. Other vices are deadly for not just the user but the people around us; it’s even deadly for members of society.
What’s important is managing our habits.

Controlling our desire for rewards is important to engaging in whatever vice your craving. Even switching seats on the Titanic can lead us to a healthier vice. Trading in substances for food or bad behavior for exercise can help you have a not-so-awful habit.
Everything has some issues attached to it. Some are worse than others. Staying sober and free from any form of vice is nearly impossible in this overly stimulating world.

If you can manage your guilty pleasures and keep your skeletons in your closet you can seem like a regular person.

I am not condoning every vice. I understand we all have something wrong with us. If you feel like your addiction or issues are out of hand then you really should consider professional help. Therapy and counseling can help you live a happier, healthier life. If your life seems unmanageable then please reach out to your local health care provider.

Peace, Love and Understanding.
