Sometimes I cant sleep. Like, some nights I am like super awake. It feels like it impossible to fall asleep. Whether it’s noisy ninja’s or noisy neighbors that are keeping me up at night, I cant seem to fall asleep some nights. Those night’s I can’t fall asleep I reach for a melatonin.

While I studying at an honorable homeless institute called BRC a criminal colleague of mine, (General Mills) introduced me to the wonderful drug known as melatonin. He explained how it was prescribed to him as a sleep aid from his doctor. After trying one I knew him and his doctor was on to something.

Later at the same institute, I would meet a now former friend who would pique my interest in the same drug melatonin. After he completed his course at BRC and was placed in his residency. His wife had purchased him some Melatonin at the grocery store where she worked. This was the revelation I needed, you don’t need a doctor’s prescription to obtain this wondrous drug.

You can simply go to any store that sells vitamins and healthcare items and buy Melatonin over the counter. Ever since then, I’ve been hooked. Whenever I find it’s hard to fall asleep I pop one of those bad boys and I am off to bed. They are even sold in gummy form.
Melatonin comes from the Latin word melas meaning “dark” or “night” and tonos which “action” or “work”. Surely it’s work to at night to put you to sleep. Nighttime is the right time to sleep and Melatonin puts that work in to put you to sleep.

Melatonin is naturally found in the human body. The pineal gland produces melatonin on its own during late-night hours. Our body produces this chemical to help ease us off to sleep. Somehow modern science was and is able to recreate that same melatonin that our brains produce and offer it us as a sleep aid.

If your having a hard time falling asleep i suggest you grab your a bottle of melatonin. This sleep will help you knock out with a doubt. They are reasonably price and I hope the price drop even lower so it can be accessible to sleepless individuals.
“In the city that never sleeps, Melatonin will get you some sleep”
