I remember when I was young, I was a big rebel. I did what I want when I want. Hell, I haven’t changed. I was the guy who was piss poor eating at a five star restaurant. I made the best of the shit situation I was placed in. I didn’t let troubles bring me down. Yes, twenty one hours out of the day I am screwed, but that one hour out of the day I find a way to celebrate. I celebrate that the misery of some of the worst situation will pass and we will move forward to a happier brighter future. Having to walk together through the threshold of love and joy and bliss. Right now, shit sucks and it’s a horrible exist. It’s bitter and cold the air of painful suffer. The time we spend in pain of the harsh conditions will soon easy. Some while thing are painful I celebrate for the best days together is ahead of us.

Celebrations don’t have to be extraordinary, They can big small quaint meetings between family of lunch. Sitting there with a loved ones over a cup of tea having a nice talk. Thing don’t have to big news for you to pat your on the back. You deserve to take a moment out to have a moment of bliss and it’s okay to be happy.

Celebrate for that moment that the fact that things are going to get better soon. That your current situation is only temporary and that in the future thing will get better. You will move to happier celebrations. Giving you motivation to move forward in life. Celebrating and having a hearty joyous occasion will leaving you wanting more and more good times. Giving you something to look to doing again with a bigger reason to celebrate. Having those small celebration will have working to have bigger and better celebrations.

Giving your acknowledgment that you did something right thing are going in the right direction. That your going to be alright, So go ahead have that kit kat, eat those gummy’s. Go to the store, have something that will make you smile. Do something that will make you happy. Your not going to do it all day. If your a responsible you have something to do for the rest of the day. You find something healthy and constructive to do to fill up the rest of your days. But at at least one hour a day for a few minutes, if in that hour time spend sometime to express gratitude to yourself. By having a little celebration every so often you you increase your motivation to propel yourself forward.
Have a great little personal celebration for is good for your health. You feel your stress levels drop. You can like chill and relax for a feel minutes every so often that would be great. Just chill relax and go with the flow you know. But get yourself something form the store. Say “hey I need a chance to smile”. You go out or stay inside. By yourself or in a crowd say hey I need some giggles and celebrate.
